Yukon Gear and Axle products are developed for almost all models such as Acura, Audi, Honda and more. Featuring the excellent quality, superior performance, and long lasting service life, the company's products are engineered in house using one-of-a-kind software. The procedure of gears' creation includes the following stages. First is the design development. Once the design is done, forging dies are made and after machined into semi-finished blanks.
The above mentioned procedure is followed by is the tooth cutting process. After the teeth are cut, the parts are heat-treated. The next stage is gear lapping, where the ring gear is mated to the pinion gear. Then the finishing processes are performed, namely the precision grinding of the bearing surfaces. Finally, the products are manufactured in collaboration with some of the world’s prominent representatives in the original equipment manufacturer industry.
Yukon obtains twenty-two registered trademarks for its products relating to circle track, street performance, drag racing, four wheeling, rock climbing, street drags, Hot Rods and Diesel performance in cooperation with the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, National Hot Road Association, National Hot Rod Diesel Association, together with the United 4 Wheel Drive association. The Yukon Gear & Axle family-of-brands incorporates the Yukon Dura Grip, Yukon Zip Locker, Yukon Hardcore Axles, Yukon Mighty Seal, Yukon Grizzly Locker, Yukon Bear Trac, and Yukon Super Joint.
