At CanadaWheels our goal is to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Your order will be processed, shipped and delivered within 2-10 business days on average. While we will do everything we can deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot account for weather and courier delays.
CNC drilled wheels have a higher processing time of +/- 2 weeks. Please make this consideration when placing your order.
Please note that if your order is made on or around a Civic Holiday, there may be a 1-2 business delay in processing and/or shipping of your products.

CanadaWheels.ca free shipping promotions cover up to $150 in shipping charges anywhere in Canada. If the shipping quote from our courier is above that, clients will be sent a message explaining the additional charge required to ship their order. The client then has the option to absorb that cost or cancel their order.
Eligible orders include:
- Orders of 4 or more matching WHEELS.
- Orders of 4 or more matching TIRES, valued over $100 each before tax.
- Full packages of 4 matching WHEELS, and 4 matching TIRES.
- Any PARTS orders valued above $200 before tax
*Exclusions Include: Orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Inuvik, and Northern Labrador. If you live in one of these Provinces or Territories, please contact us in advance of your order so that we can discuss shipping with you. Order Processing and Shipping
All orders will be submitted to one of our many warehouses as soon as possible and undergo a secondary fitment check. If there are any issues the customer will be notified within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse. For any seasonal delays please refer to the Seasonal Delays section at the top.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to an alternate address. If you have an account with us, you can simply select an address from your account, just sign in during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
To Track your order status, you can Log in or Create an Account with the same e-mail address as your order and see exactly where in the process your order is. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been fully processed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Any shipment of wheels or tires, which is refused on delivery, will be returned to the facility from which it was shipped. All charges incurred will be deducted from the client’s refund unless otherwise granted exception by a member of CanadaWheels.ca management.

Special-Order items do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping times vary depending on manufacturer availability. For estimated shipping times and special-order fees please contact our team by email at [email protected] with the part number you are looking to purchase and your shipping address. If you have placed an order already, you will be notified of the estimated arrival time for the order as well as any additional shipping fees before any special order is submitted to the manufacturer.
