If you are a customer ordering Wheels, Tires or a full package from the USA, or any other country, we ask that you please email email@example.com and let us know your shipping destination before you place your order. One of our sales representatives will respond to you within 1-2 business days with an prepared invoice, outlining the total cost of your order with shipping costs included.
Within your invoice request e-mail you should include
- - The Product (SKU number is best) you wish to purchse.
- - Year, make, model, submodel of your vehicle.
- - Shipping destination, country, city, postal code or nearest airport.
Please not that shipping charges on orders outside of Canada may vary depending on the country and region, as well as size and weight of items. CanadaWheels reserves the right to decline any order of wheels, tires or full packages where shipping to your destination is cost prohibitive.
Most standard shipping orders placed by 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within one to two business days after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has processed within our warehouse. You will receive a tracking information email once items have shipped. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your items have been approved and confirmed ready to ship.
