**WINTER SEASON UPDATE**
Given the high volume of orders during this time of the year, some orders may be delayed due to increased warehouse processing times. Rest assured our team is working as fast as possible to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and are sent out in a timely manner. See below for estimated delays based on order types.

FOR SEPARATE ORDERS OF WHEELS/TIRES/PARTS: Please expect a 1-2 business day delay on top of normal shipping times
FOR MOUNT AND BALANCE ORDERS: Please allow for a delay of up to 5 business days on top of normal shipping times

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

If you are a customer ordering wheels, tires or parts from a country other than Canada and would like to know the total cost of your purchase with shipping before placing your order, you can do so by following these simple steps: 

• Add the products you are looking for to your cart 
• Entering your shipping address
• After entering your address, you will be able to see the shipping fees before making your purchase final. 

Please Note: We do not charge our customers additional taxes and duty, however, you may be subjected to these charges upon the arrival of your package. 

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that shipping charges on orders outside of Canada may vary depending on the country and region, as well as size and weight of items. CanadaWheels reserves the right to decline any order of wheels, tires, or full packages where shipping to your destination is cost-prohibitive.

Shipping Status

International orders placed through the website will be processed as soon as possible and will ship within two to three business days after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process depending on location or need for extra processes like CNC drilling or mounting and balancing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed within our warehouse. Once shipped you will also receive an email with tracking information regarding your order.

To Track your order status, you can Log in or Create an Account with the same e-mail address as your order and see exactly where in the process your order is. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been fully processed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. If you have an account with us, you can simply select an address from your account, just sign in during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
