Fast Shipping
At CanadaWheels our goal is to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Your order will be processed, shipped and delivered within 2-10 business days on average. While we will do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot account for weather and courier delays.
CNC drilled wheels have a higher processing time of +/- 2 weeks. Please make this consideration when placing your order.
Please note that if your order is made on or around a Civic Holiday, there may be a 1-2 business delay in processing and/or shipping of your products.

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available for clients in Canada only. For our International Shipping Policy please see below.
CanadaWheels.ca free shipping promotion covers wheel and/or tire orders over $600 before taxes in eligible locations.
*Exclusions Include: Orders with oversized items, orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Northern Labrador and northern regions of each province including but not limited to postal codes starting with V0, A0, B0, G0, J0, P0, R0, S0, T0. If you live in one of these Provinces or Territories, please contact us in advance as some addresses will not be able to have a shipping quote provided. You can do so by calling 1-800-453-4484 or sending an e-mail to sales@canadawheels.ca
In the event there is an invalid address, customers will be contacted with their shipping quote prior to the order being processed and sent out.
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders will be submitted to one of our many warehouses as soon as possible and undergo a secondary fitment check. If there are any issues the customer will be notified within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse. For any seasonal delays please refer to the Seasonal Delays section at the top.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to an alternate address. If you have an account with us, you can simply select an address from your account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
To Track your order status, you can Log in or Create an Account with the same e-mail address as your order and see exactly where in the process your order is. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been fully processed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Refused Shipments
Any shipment of wheels or tires, which is refused on delivery, will be returned to the facility from which it was shipped. All charges incurred will be deducted from the client’s refund unless otherwise granted exception by a member of CanadaWheels.ca management.

Special Orders
Special-Order items do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping times vary depending on manufacturer availability. For estimated shipping times and special-order fees please contact our team by email at sales@canadawheels.ca with the part number you are looking to purchase and your shipping address. If you have placed an order already, you will be notified of the estimated arrival time for the order as well as any additional shipping fees before any special order is submitted to the manufacturer.

If you are a customer ordering wheels from a country other than Canada and would like to know the total cost of your purchase with shipping before placing your order, you can do so by following these simple steps:

Please Note: We can only ship wheels internationally, tires are not eligible for international orders. We do not charge our customers additional taxes and duty, however, you may be subjected to these charges upon the arrival of your package.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that shipping charges on orders outside of Canada may vary depending on the country and region, as well as size and weight of items. CanadaWheels reserves the right to decline any order of wheels, tires, or full packages where shipping to your destination is cost-prohibitive.
Shipping Status

Please note that some orders may take longer to process depending on location or need for extra processes like CNC drilling or mounting and balancing.
