5 upcoming EVs to get excited about!

The EV Revolution is upon us! More Torque and Power than ever imagined, more user-focused driving experiences, and more eco friendly vehicles are coming to the market.

Here’s a list we compiled of 5 upcoming EVs that make us the most excited! Complete with HD image galleries for all your wallpaper needs.

Porsche Taycan

The Tesla Model S’s main rival! Porsche was motivated to build this almost entirely by Elon Musk’s ambitions to change the industry, and this has been their response. Top Gear has said it’s quicker overall than a top-tier Model S, and is more about a pure driving experience than apps and widget features.

What you get is a crazy cross-breed between a 911 and a Panamera, with haptic responses on the seamless dash, tighter steering and suspension feel, and one of the first really exciting EV driving experiences.

Ford Mustang Mach-E

From the inventors of Modern American Muscle comes one of the most ambitious uses of the Mustang badge ever. Is it a sports car? It sure is fast enough! Does it combine amazing torque values and Ford’s renowned value into an SUV that can still bring an exciting drive? We’ll have to wait for the reviews. It’s not a car! But it’s also not a truck. It’s a super-powered crossover that aims to disrupt the whole industry.

Nissan Ariya

The Nissan Leaf was one of the first commercially available EV cars ever. The time has come for Nissan to usher in the new generation, and their first announcement comes a compact SUV called the Ariya! So what can we guess? Will it have cute styling, probably. Will it have neat performance and range stats? Sure will. Will we have the best selection of wheels and tires for any EV in Canada? You bet! Take a look at this upcoming concept below.

Lotus Evija

The first British EV Hypercar. She’s gonna have…. wait for it…. TWO THOUSAND HORSEPOWERS. That is a lot. That beautiful see-through design, threatens to use the very air you breathe for its own downforce. You can expect that, as more details emerge, this thing will solidify itself as one of the most elegant and terrifying EV projects in history. If you’ve got a few million laying around, we highly recommend picking one up.

Tesla Cybertruck

What more can I write about this thing that hasn’t already been said? It’s the CYBERTRUUUUCK. It looks like it was drawn using the Photoshop Line tool, it boasts 2.9 second 0-60 times, it can hold your fancy electric UTV. Automatic tonneau covers, nifty LED headlights. 140,000 pre-orders means the hype is real, let’s dream what the production model will look like!

And there you have it, EV hype for days! Huge galleries and the loftiest claims. Let’s add another one, CanadaWheels is going to add each of these vehicles and all their direct-fit wheels to our EV Wheels page! Okay, I can’t guarantee we’ll have anything for the multi-million dollar hypercar, but we’ll be able to do the rest!
