We had a blast at the 2019 Grand Prix de Trois Rivères!

We sent our media guy, Clinton, to the Grand Prix de Trois Rivères last weekend. If you haven’t heard of this event, this is the biggest Rally and off-road event in Canada in our opinion. This is the only FIA World RallyX Championship sanctioned event in Canada, and it brings gearheads from all over the world! To top if off the American RallyX Tour comes by at the same time, so you get two major events for the price of one! And then there’s superquads and crazy trucks… but we missed the chance to photograph those, sorry.

If you don’t know about Rally Cross this is what you need to know. Groups of 4 to 6 Rally Supercars with about 600 or more horsepower race on a small track featuring jumps, dirt sections, and tarmac. It’s basically like a World Rally event, but without all the miles of travel, condensed to a simple track. As you can imagine there is a ton of crashing and banging for position, as well as some of the most impressive driving you’ve ever seen.
