Launched in 2019, the Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranking program aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses in Canada.

“We created the Canada’s Top Growing Companies program because we believe there is much Report on Business readers can learn from the successes of the country’s best entrepreneurs,” says Derek DeCloet, Editor of Report on Business and Executive Editor at The Globe and Mail. “We’re excited to be telling their stories.”

“The 400 companies on the inaugural Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranking demonstrate ambition, innovation and tremendous business acumen,” says Phillip Crawley, Publisher and CEO of The Globe and Mail. “Their contributions to the economy help to make Canada a better place, and warrant commendation.”

Cars and trucks are in the DNA of CanadaWheels; by collaborating with brands like American RacingEnkeiTourenBridgestone, and Goodyear they have generated a direct feedback loop between the customer and the brand, thereby strengthening the auto parts industry as a whole. By lowering retail costs for consumers, and providing better feedback for manufacturers, CanadaWheels plans to reinvent the retail model, and they are eagerly anticipating their upcoming expansion into international markets. With the development of USAwheels.com nearing completion, CanadaWheels plans to bring their top tier service and selection to their eager customers south of the border. Since being the first in Canada to adopt visualization technology, introduce free shipping deals, and build a “staggered fitment” search engine for sportscars, CanadaWheels has demonstrated repeatedly their desire to advance the automotive industry. CanadaWheels strives to deliver the best customer experience and to produce unparalleled technology. This link between customer service and technological advancement is what has set them apart in the e-commerce industry, and is where their true foundation for growth stems from.
