- Wheels with a radial or lateral run-out greater than 0.020 inch/0.50mm, provided there is no evidence of impact.
- Stress cracks in the wheel, provided there is no evidence of impact.
- Bubbles in the paint or chrome or other blemishes in the finish of the wheel.
- Wheels that leak air.
- Improper machining of the center bore or lug holes.

Looks just like Pretoria
I have seen reviews for these rims questioning if they fit the GTI. I have added pictures to prove they do. Keep in mind that my GTI is a 2019 Rabbit. In 2019 VW upgraded all the brakes to R brakes so they are as big as they get on a golf and the 17 inch wheels still have room to spare. In my case I went down to the 17's for my winter tires to get a little more sidewall for the snow. These rims looks just like the stock Pretoria that came on the car (minus I got silver for the winter and the stock are black). They look great!!

Great Value
Bought these for my 2018 GTI as I did not like the stock wheels. I originally wanted the 19 inch stock Pretoria's, but decided against 19's as the tire profile is just too small for NY roads. Came across these 18" Replika's which were much cheaper than the VW 18" wheels of the same style, plus they have a better offset (45 vs 51). Needless to say they look awesome, glad I went with the 18"s. Three stars for install since center cap did not fit (1 mm too small), so had to add some heat shrink tubing to each of the tabs to tighten it up. Now they fit perfect. Four stars for quality as the paint finish up close is not as smooth and glassy as the stock Pretorias, and one had a small dimple in the paint near the edge. But considering the cost, GREAT value ! And the customer service was awesome.

Wheels for 2017 Golf R
Just Ok replacements for OEM Golf R wheels. Look the same from 20 feet but are 10 lbs heavier. The outer lip is very thick (or at the wrong angle) which does not allow the raised bead on the tire to extend past the rim. The stock center caps will not fit as the feature in the wheel is a different diameter and depth than stock. Extra 5mm of offset does help the look. My $.02, spend the money and keep looking for OEM wheels for your summer tires and use these for winter. I will say that Canada Wheels service is great and proactive.
