The Following is a Step By Step Guide On How To Check Your Order Status / Tracking Information
Step 1
Create a CanadaWheels account or log in to your existing account.
Please note that any historical orders associated with the same email will be automatically populated in your new account.
Step 2
Click on the “Orders History” tab, here you will find more information on all your orders.
Your order history is organized into a table as seen below.
Step 3
The status of your orders will be shown under the "Status" column.
Please note the following are what each status seen means
- Processing: The order has been received and has been submitted to our warehouses.
- Processed: The order has been confirmed by our warehouses. Further, the order is now in the shipping que.
- Shipped: The order has been shipped from our warehouse and a tracking link is available.
- Complete: The order has been delivered and the customer has been sent product review emails.
Step 4
Under "Order History" check "Track Order" where you will find the tracking information for your purchase.
Please note If there is no tracking information that means your order is still being processed.
